Thumbs up Re: Recover Access Files with Access Database Recovery Software

Before purchasing any paid software, you must try few easy manual tricks to repair Access database. The first thing you should try is Compact and Repair utility provided by Microsoft. Microsoft also provides JetComp.exe to repair Access database. Also, you can try to import corrupt database into a new database. Refer to this article for complete information - Unrecognized Database Format. How to Repair Access Database?

If the manual tricks shared in the above article don't work, then only you should use a professional Access Database Recovery tool. First, download free demo version to scan corrupt Access database and check the preview of your data which you can actually recover from it. If you're satisfied with the results, then only you should purchase the software. It supports both MDB and ACCDB files created by all versions of MS Access program.

I hope the shared information would be helpful here.

Thanks and best regards.

If MS Access Application unable to recognize file that you want to open then first make sure that file is corrupted or not. If you won't see corruption issue then use Compact and Repair feature available on MS Access.
