Question SpyBot's -SD Resident?

Hi just wondered if it is worth while having the SD resident (tea-timer) running on start up?

Thx

Basically no. It's more of a hinderance than a help.
Although Spybot and Ad-Aware were wonderful tools in their day, there are now far better applications available. SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes' AntiMalware are two such applications but free AV suites such as Avira now cover most of the malware that Spybot et al did.
In many cases, even HJT has lost a lot of it's value.

Hi use SuperAntiSpyware professional and Malwarebytes' AntiMalware, of which I find both excellent, guess just kept Spybot for old times sake
