My friend (ahem!) is just 38 and suffering from male pattern baldness. This disturbs him greatly, and he now feels a rift opening between himself and his father over his Dad's defective genes, which are causing him to suffer from this debilitating affliction.

He is a teeny bit over weight (he is big boned!!) and lacks self confidence. In fact, he only eats one curry and one chinese a week now. He was once called a 'Lardarse' by a very insensitive friend, who will go un-named (but John, he won't forget it the next time you fancy a burger!). He now feels a rift opening between himself and his mother, because it was she who gave him his appetite and addictive personality.

The object of his affections lives too far away. He feels this is crushing his spirit and turning him into a bit of an online stalker, therefore a rift is opening between himself and his beloved.

He may or may not have terminal piles. This rumour is neither confirmed or denied. It is his business and if he seems uncomfortable, it is probably because the chairs he has to sit on at work are hard and uncomfortable.

He coughed once while having a good scratch and now is unsure as to weather or not he has a hernia.

He only gets drunk once a week, usually (except at the weekend). This is inhumane. This point is undeniable.

His webcam causes a freeze on his computer that would make 500 penguins and a polar bear feel at home.

He feels trapped at work. He doesn't feel valued. They actually cause him to suffer from sleep deprivation by insisting he gets to work by 7.30. He is knackered.

His car immobiliser is broken (again) and he can't stop breaking wind at inappropriate times (as soon as everyone goes quiet or in his managers office for example).

We need your help to cheer him up. Please put a cheque for £1000 in the post so he can quit work, and go away on a round the world booze trip next month before he dies in around 30 years time.

Please make it payable to the makelifeabreezeforgreenking foundation, before he does something he regrets – he’s due to go to the managers office again tomorrow…..

nice to have you around.

Though you've got no chance on the money front.
I only asked for a few measly quid for my annual Chinese meal night out and so far....nada! zilch! no dinero!

looks for new girl finds new girl marries new girl lives happily ever afters

....you going to keep kissing princesses the rest of your little life?

Thanks for the warm welcome.....

Yes Tia, my husband and I did meet online.
Dont know about an internet romance story, but heres our story.
We met in a gaming server, playing Medal of Honor.
He added me to his buddy list and popped in every server I went in every time I played. I felt like I was being stalked, but it was cute. I gave him my MSN messenger and we talked what seemed like day in and day out for about 8 months. With trips back and forth him going abroad, and me coming here to England, We both knew that we are what we want, so we got married in November.
Craziest thing i've ever done, but the best thing i've ever done.

Thanks again for the welcome....

Hello everyone, not really sure what I can say about myself except that everything interests me,my family especially. I have four fantastic sons aged between 14 and 10, groan a very hormonal household. I live with the most fantastic man on the planet, hes a talented musician and writer and father, and other stuff i won't mention here.I paint feed chickens do the garden am a p.a to the entire household (including the animals). I like to read terry pratchett, my kids books and almost anything that isn't a mills and boon romance. I cook indian mexican and anything else, I don't eat meat tho half my family do so I have to cook it. I drive the worlds most battered car and would love a smaller engine that i could keep on the road instead of a tank. I'm slightly off the wall and rarley show any humour(SO MY KIDS SAY) I can't find the smilies on this where are they hidden? Finally found the smilies. Yes once I was a nursery nurse, never again. Gotta go see to the troops so this is all you get of me right now. oh and I'm learning this computer stuff as I go along, whose that with the paint shop pro 7?? am envious Pam

Welcome Pam! I am a paint shop pro 7 fanatic myself, sometimes the time slips away so fast when I start playing with it

I love Terry Pratchett, have you read any David Eddings as well? I love sci fi fantasy type books myself.

Hope you enjoy it here

tebs

edit: You should see most of the smilies on the left of where you are typing a post. There are more at the bottom of the 'smilie' window where it says 'get more' Just click on the smilie you want to use, and like magic, it should appear in your post.

Wellcome Pam, I also use PSP7 but being a mere male am not a fanatic.
As you will see, some members have very strange ideas as to their functions and I also fully endorse the remarks made by Oldboy2000.

Everyone for the warm welcome.
thanks also for the tips on smilies...serves me right for using a quick reply....doh.

I am imported from England with a bit of Indian thrown in for good measure. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else tho.

Yes I've read some David Eddings ,but not for many years now.
