Default SIP calls to HH v2B

This is probably the wrong forum to post this.

I've been using a v1 Home Hub until recently when, due to intermittemt WiFi problems, I was "upgraded" to the v2A type hub.

I'm masking SIP calls to my Broadband Talk number using the address format:

sip:441234123456@myIPaddress

which has been working perfectly on the v1 and v2A hubs, ringing phones connected to the hub phone socket.

But I experienced noisy landline calls on the v2A phone socket and the nice people at BT persuaded me that what I really needed was the v2B Home Hub.

What I now find is that I cannot make SIP calls to it - the softphone gets stuck on "Creating outgoing call".

So the question is: has anybody successfully made SIP calls to a Broadband Talk number on the v2Bhub? And how did you do it?
