Default Tiscali Help

Due to the launch of our new and innovative broadband products we are experiencing significant demand for our services, making Tiscali the fastest growing broadband service in the UK. We were also nominated for the best broadband service by ISPA last month and believe that the majority of our users are satisfied with our service.

However we are also aware that as a direct result of this growth, in certain areas customers are not getting the level of service they subscribed to. In these affected areas we are actively increasing capacity as quickly as possible to satisfy this growth and plan to complete the upgrade process by 7 April.

We are also in the process of significantly increasing the number of trained customer service agents to handle all calls coming into our call centre.

We would ask any Scream Forum members who are customers of Tiscali, experiencing speed problems and cannot get through to customer support, that they email to a dedicated email address giving their customer number, contact telephone number and a short description of their problem,and we will respond within 24 hours.

We do take customer services issues very seriously and are doing our utmost to resolve any current problems. This is a short term issue affecting a limited number of customers and will be resolved quickly.

This is a kind offer by Tiscali who appear to be trying to sort their problems out.

TS! can confirm that this post is real and as written by the Tiscali staff.

now see <thread>:Contacting Tiscali and if you don't get any joy then start complaining to the relevant places listed in <thread>:Tiscali Broadband - Where to complain

there's no reason to accept poor service from an ISP,. many ISPs do a great job and even provide customer service
