all traffic on tiscali is traffic shaped,(throttled) as they don't want people to download play online games stream hd movies etc basically any type of bandwidth hungry use or latency critical apps if you wanted 8mb on torrents streaming hd films that dont stop to buffer, and to be able to play online games with a reasonably low ping time then tiscali ain't for you,and is highly unlikely ever to be, but occasional d/loads from browser (web) e-mails surfing msm ect then its ok but so is dial up and mobile dongle--=(faster)
