Tiscali - Worst lag i have ever seen in my life

I had the unfortunate fate of signing up to Tiscali (we needed somewhere cheap and quick). Below is what I've been seeing since I joined just before Christmas, I have to say this is the worst lag i have ever seen in my life and that's saying something considering I used to play Quake 3 on 56k from the UK to the USA while downloading 400mb files.

First off I have tried the normal support routines, used different modems/computers/filters/stood on my head and drank vodka while listening to Celine Dion and stabbing myself in the leg with a rusty spoon.

Anyway on to the frankly disgusting screenshots i took at 4-5AM (time makes no difference to my connection) this has been happening since I first connected.

Oh and just to rub my nose in it (I'm beginning to thing Tiscali my possibly just hate me), their website is so badly integrated that this happens:
